Group Fitness

Class Descriptions

Aqua: Water Fitness

This class will feature a warm-up, cardio and a cool down in the pool. Participants will work on their core, arms, and legs muscles. A variety of equipment will be used to help participants gain strength, flexibility, and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Body: Barre

Incorporates ballet type movement to isolate the small muscles. Moves are done in a repetitive manner in order to fatigue the muscles. Ages 12+

Body: Forever Fit

Perfect for active older adults. Our instructors will lead you in exercises that include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, and coordination. A great class for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Body: Total Burn

A full body workout that builds strength and endurance.

Cycle Express:

30-minute, high energy, quick ride that incorporates sprint intervals, challenging climbs, and endurance flats. Come pedal your way to the end of the day with this complete workout.

Golf Fit:

This class will focus on some of the most common body limitations that may hinder and cause inconsistencies in the golf swing. Areas such as core strength, hip mobility, shoulder stability, and proprioception will be covered to help make your golf swing more efficient.

Strength & Core:

Get your heart rate up with body weighted exercises, and back and core exercises. An all over body workout that will leave you feeling strong.

Stretch & Strength:

A unique exercise program for all levels that stretches the tight and strengthens the weak. A holistic class that will leave you wanting more!

Yoga: Chair

A specific form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The poses are often adaptations of asanas in modern yoga as exercise. Great for anyone recovering from an injury, living with arthritis, or with artificial joints.

Yoga: Mixed Flow

A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you seamlessly move from one to another, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that occur if you are doing the same thing every day. Ages 12+

Yoga: Slow Flow

A restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. 10-12 postures over the course of an hour as the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind. Beginner & experts welcome. Ages 12+

Yoga: Strength

More advanced class that incorporates push ups, sit ups, and uses small weights. It amplifies the basic yoga poses and flow in order to tone muscle groups.
